大连市水资源、经济与环境协调可持续发展研究

摘  要：
大连是淡水资源相对短缺的沿海城市,水资源已经成为妨碍大连市经济可持续发展的因素。本文在分析大连市水资源与经济系统现状的基础上,将模糊优选神经网络BP模型运用于大连市水资源、经济与环境协调可持续发展的研究中,得到大连地区2010年经济发展的满意决策方案。模型理论严谨,解法简便,适用于人机对话式的动态决策。

摘  要：
Dalian city is short of fresh water relatively,water resources is a key factor which hinders its economic sustainable development.Based on the analyses of water resources and economy system,fuzzy optimization neural network BP model is applied in the study of the sustainable development of water resources,economy and environment in Dalian city,and the satisfied decision of economic development in 2010 is obtained.The results show that the model is strict and the procedure of calculation is simple.It is adaptable to man-machine dynamic decision.
