六倍体小簇麦的细胞学和农艺性状

摘  要:
人工合成新物种六倍体小簇麦(2n=6x=42,AABBBVV)减数分裂异常,在中期、后期和四分体期可观察到较多的单价体、落后染色体和微核,表现出强烈的细胞学不稳定性,且减数分裂异常是小簇麦结实率低的原因之一。农艺性状方面,小簇麦具有大穗多花、千粒重大,抗性较好,长势旺等优良特性,有希望培育成一种新作物;但结实率低,籽粉不饱落、穗轴易断,尚需作较多的基础工作。六倍体小簇麦易与普通小麦杂交,其杂交结实率高达36.3%。本研究结果指出,新合成的人工新种表现出强烈的细胞学不稳定,它以不正常减数分裂为特征,在人工合成新物种的育种工作中,细胞学不稳定性的改良应该是一个首要目标。

摘  要:
In this experiment, meiosis, some economical characters of T, durum—D, villosa Amphidiploid and their parents were analyzed,The T.durum D.villosa amphidiploid had more univalents and less chiasmata per pollen mother cell than its parents, It was much more vigorous and much less fertile than its parents, and the average fertlization rate was 40.7% for T, durum—D, villosa amphidiploid, The morphology of the amphidiploid in comparison to its wheat parent was described. The further improvement of the amphidiploid is necessary in analogy to T, aestivum, The use of T, durum—D, villosa amphidiploid in wheat improvement was also suggested.
