省级农业科研院所青年科技人才培养体系构建——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘  要：
省级农业科研院所作为全国农业科研工作不可替代的重要力量,是国家农业科技创新体系建设的重要基础,也是我国全面实施乡村振兴战略的重要支撑。不断强化人才队伍建设工作,已成为省级农业科研院所提升科技创新能力和综合竞争实力的决定性因素。培养造就高素质的青年科技人才是人才队伍建设的重点,这不仅关系着人才队伍的优化和发展,也事关省级农业科研单位可持续发展和核心竞争力的提升,是省级农业科研院所加强人才队伍建设的重要内容之一。江苏省农业科学院在青年科技人才培养方面进行了全面深入的探索与实践,文章旨在通过对江苏省农业科学院科技人才总体规模结构、青年科技人才队伍和青年人才培养政策体系构建情况的介绍,为省级农业科研院所探索青年科技人才培养路径,强化青年科技人才培养工作,提升青年科技人才培养成效,提供参考和借鉴。

摘  要：
As an irreplaceable backbone of agricultural scientific research work at the provincial level, the provincial agricultural scientific research institute is an important foundation for the construction of national agricultural scientific and technological innovation system, and is also an important support for our country to implement the strategy of "Rural Revitalization" in an all-round way. Constantly strengthening the construction of talent team has become a decisive factor for provincial agricultural research institutes to enhance their scientific and technological innovation ability and comprehensive competitiveness. It is not only related to the optimization and development of the talent team, but also to the sustainable development of the provincial agricultural scientific research units and the promotion of their core competitiveness. It is one of the important contents of the establishment of the talent team for the provincial agricultural scientific research institutes. Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences has carried out thorough exploration and practice in training young scientists and technicians. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the construction of the overall scale structure of talents in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the team of young scientists and technicians and the policy system for training young people. This will provide references for the training of young scientific and technological talents for the agricultural scientific research institutes at the provincial level, to strengthen the training of young scientific and technological talents and to improve the achievements of the cultivation of young scientific and technological talents.
