光催化氧化与内电解法降解有机染料废水的研究

摘  要:
[目的]考察光催化氧化与内电解法降解有机染料废水的综合处理效果。[方法]以活性艳蓝X-BR染料废水为研究材料,探讨以CuSO4、FeC l3、KMnO4、NaC lO为光催化剂时影响均相光催化处理染料废水的作用机制,寻求最佳催化剂,然后将其与铁屑内电解联用,确定最佳试验条件。[结果]采用均相光催化与内电解法联合处理活性艳蓝染料废水,对CODCr的去除率能达到83%以上,脱色率能达到85%以上。最佳试验条件确定为:最佳催化剂为CuSO4,催化剂最佳用量为50 m l染料废水中投加0.023 3 g硫酸铜,光催化时间为5 h,溶液初始最佳pH值为5.1~5.6,内电解最佳时间为3 h。[结论]光催化氧化对CODCr的去除率较高,而内电解法对色度的去除率比较好,两种方法联用处理有机染料废水效果最佳。

摘  要:
[Objective] The study aimed to investigate the comprehensive effect of digesting the organic dyeing wastewater by the two methods of photocatalytic oxidation and internal electrolysis.[Method] With the dyeing wastewater of reactive brilliant blue X-BR as the researched material,the action mechanism for effecting the homogeneous photochemical catalysis in treating dyeing wastewater when CuSO4,FeCl3,KMnO4 and NaClO were taken as the photocatalyst was discussed to seek for the optimum photocatalyst and then it was combined with the internal electrolysis of scrap iron for treating application and the optimum test condition was confirmed.[Result] The combined treatment by homogeneous photochemical catalysis and internal electrolysis could make the CODCr removal rate over 83% and discoloration rate up to 85%.The optimum test condition was follows: the optimum photocatalyst was CuSO4,the optimum dosage of photocatalyst was 50 ml,0.023 3 g copper sulfate was added into the dyeing wastewater,the photocatalytic time was 5 h,the optimum initial pH value in the liquor was 5.1-5.6,the optimum time of internal electrolysis was 3 h.[Conclusion] The photocatalytic oxidation had high CODCr removal rate and internal electrolysis had better color removal rate,so the combined application by 2 methods could get optimum effect of treating organic dyeing wastewater.
