摘  要：
The success of the Olympic bid brought once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to Zhangjiakou. If Zhangjiakou wants to become an international Olympic city of sustainable development in economy,society,culture and environment,building harmonious English culture soft environment is the only way to make it. Based on the analysis of English soft environment construction situation and existing problems of Zhangjiakou,we put forward some suggestions.
