黔产竹节参不同器官主要营养成分及其相关性

摘  要:
对黔产竹节参不同器官中主要营养成分含量测定结果表明:竹节参的根、茎、叶、花和种子中均含有蛋白质、可溶性糖和维生素C,其含量的多少与器官之间存在一定关系。就整个植株而言,干物率平均值为17.34%,蛋白质为16.43%,二者呈负相关;可溶性糖为10.98 g/kg,Vc为45.26 mg/kg,Vc与干物率、可溶性糖呈极显著正相关;蛋白质含量与可溶性糖含量呈弱正相关。

摘  要:
The results from determining the nutrition ingredients of Panax japonicus indicates that the root,setm,leaf,flower and seed all have the protein,soluble sugar and vitamin C and there is the certain correlation between the different organ and different ingredient contents.The average rate of dry matter and protein contents of the whole plant are 17.34% and(16.43%) respectively and there is a negative correlation between rate of dry matter and protein content.The soluble sugar and Vc contents are 10.98 g/kg and 45.26 mg/kg respectively and there is a positive correlation between Vc content and rate of dry matter,soluble sugar content.There is a slight positive correlation between protein and soluble content.
