摘 要:
通过在镉污染土壤中施用镉富集植物碎米荠、旱莲草、豆瓣菜和小飞蓬秸秆,研究了四种镉富集植物秸秆施入土壤对荠菜镉积累的影响。结果表明:四种镉富集植物秸秆施入土壤均提高了荠菜地上部分生物量、总生物量和抗性系数,同时也提高了荠菜叶片SPAD值(绿色度)。土壤施用旱莲草秸秆提高了荠菜茎、叶片及地上部分的镉含量,分别比各自对照提高了23.81%、1.51%和10.95%,同时也提高了土样有效态镉含量,其余三种处理均低于各自对照。土壤施用旱莲草秸秆的荠菜整株镉积累量显著高于未施用,为43.82μg plant-1,比未施用提高了17.35%,而其余三种处理的荠菜整株镉积累量均低于未施用。因此,土壤施用旱莲草秸秆能够提高荠菜对土壤镉的吸收与积累,有利于提高荠菜对镉污染土壤的修复。

Effects of Applying Accumulator Straw in Soil on Cadmium Accumulation of Capsella Bursa-pastoris

摘 要:
By applying the straws of Cd-accumulators(Cardamine hirsuta, Eclipta prostrata, Nasturtium officinale and Conyza canadensis) in cadmium contaminated soil, the effects of accumulator straw on cadmium accumulation of Capsella bursa-pastoris were studied. The results showed that the shoot biomass, total biomass, resistance coefficient and SPAD value in leaf of C. bursa-pastoris increased by applying four Cd-accumulators straws in soil compared with control. The cadmium contents in stem, leaf and shoot of C. bursa-pastoris increased by applying straw of C. hirsuta in soil, and increased by 23.81%, 1.51% and 10.95% compared with control respectively, while the available cadmium concentration in soil also increased. Applying the straws of E. prostrata, N. officinale and C. canadensis in soil decreased the cadmium content in C. bursa-pastoris. The cadmium extraction in whole plant of C. bursa-pastoris increased by applying straw of C. hirsuta in soil, and the value was 43.82 μg plant-1, which increased by 17.35%compared with control. Applying the straws of E. prostrata, N. officinale and C. canadensis in soil decreased the cadmium extraction in whole plant of C. bursa-pastoris. Therefore, applying the straw of C. hirsuta in soil can improve the cadmium absorption of C. bursa-pastoris from soil, which helping improve the remediation ability of C. bursa-pastoris to cadmium contaminated soil.
