小直径薄片零件车削效率提升研究

摘  要:
以降低生产小直径薄片零件操作人员的劳动强度,提升生产效率,降低生产成本为目的,采用了改变经济型数控机床的手工钻孔为自动钻孔的方法和改变一次装夹加工一个零件为一次装夹加工多个零件的方法。采用了两种方法改进加工方案后,经过实践生产测定,单件产品的生产时间由原来的3.5 min,降低为1.5 min,生产效率提升了133%。因此,小直径薄片零件车削效率提升有空间,采用改变钻孔方式的方法和一次装夹加工多个零件的方法,可以推广到类似产品的生产。

摘  要:
For the purpose of reducing the production of small-diameter thin parts operator's labor intensity,improving production efficiency and reducing production costs,we adopt the methods of changing manual drilling of the economic CNC machine tools into automatic drilling and changing one part of one clamping process into multiple parts. After using the above methods to improve the processing program through practical production testing,the production time of a single product is reduced from the original 3. 5 min to 1. 5 min,and the production efficiency is increased by 133 %. Therefore,the small-diameter thin parts deserve rooms for improving. The way to change the drilling method and multi parts in one clamping process can be extended to the similar products.
