摘  要：
单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌(Listeria monocytogenes,LM)是主要食源性致病菌之一,可以引起严重的李斯特菌病,日益受到人们的重视,各种快速检测技术也迅速发展。综述了在单增李斯特菌检测时基于常规培养、分子生物学、免疫学和传感器的快速检测技术,并进行了探讨。

摘  要：
Listeria monocytogenes is one of the most important food-borne pathogens,which can cause serious listeriosis disease.So we pay more and more attention to it.A variety of rapid detection techniques have been developed rapidly.This paper summarized and discussed the rapid detection techniques for Listeria monocytogenes that based on routine culture,molecular biology,immunology and sensor technology.
