摘 要:
本试验旨在探讨微生态制剂和复合酸化剂对哺乳母猪生产性能、血清生化和免疫指标以及乳成分的影响。试验采用2×2双因子随机设计,主效应分别为酸化剂(0、0.5%)、微生态制剂(0、200 m L/d)及二者互作。选择胎次和预产期相近的长白×大白母猪24头,随机分为4组(每组6头猪),分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)、基础饲粮+200 m L/d微生态制剂(微生态制剂组)、基础饲粮+0.5%复合酸化剂(复合酸化剂组)、基础饲粮+200 m L/d微生态制剂+0.5%复合酸化剂(混合组)。预试期7 d,正试期21 d。结果表明:1)混合组母猪平均日采食量、母猪总泌乳量、第21天仔猪平均个体重、仔猪断奶窝重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,各添加组第1、7、14天仔猪平均个体重、断奶活仔数以及仔猪平均日增重均有升高的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)试验第21天,混合组血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯、总蛋白、白蛋白、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G的含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各添加组血清尿素氮含量均低于对照组,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)各添加组初乳和常乳中乳脂、常乳中乳糖含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),乳蛋白含量也高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加微生态制剂和复合酸化剂有提高哺乳母猪生产性能、血清生化和免疫指标的趋势,并可提高哺乳母猪的平均日采食量、总泌乳量以及血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯、总蛋白、白蛋白、免疫球蛋白A和免疫球蛋白G的含量,二者联用可局部改善乳成分。

摘 要:
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of probiotics and compound acidifier on performance,serum biochemical and immune indices and milk composition of lactating sows. The trial used a 2×2 factorial random design,the main effects were compound acidified( 0 and 0. 5%),probiotics( 0 and200 mL/d) and the interaction between them,respectively. Twenty-four healthy Landrace×Large White sows with good condition and similar birthday age were randomly arranged into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group,and the sows in those 6 groups were fed basal diet( control group),basal diet+200 mL/d probiotics( probiotics group),basal diet +0.5% compound acidifier( acidifier group) and basal diet+200 mL/d probiotics+0.5%compound acidifier( mixed group),respectively. The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 21 days. The results showed follows: 1) the average daily feed intake of sows,total lactation of sows,average weight of piglets at the 21 st day and weaning litter weight of piglets of mixed group were significantly higher than those of control group( P<0.05). Compared with control group,the average weight of piglets at the 1 st,7 th and 14 st day,number of piglet alive at wean and average daily gain of piglets of addition groups had the trend of increasing,but had no significant differences( P>0.05). 2) The contents of total cholesterol,triglyceride,total protein,albumin,immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin G in serum at the 21 st day of mixed group were significantly higher than those of control group( P<0.05). The serum urea nitrogen content of addition groups was lower than that of control group,but showed no significant difference compared with each group( P>0.05). 3) The contents of milk fat in colostrum and milk and lactose in milk of addition groups were significantly higher than those of control group( P<0.05). The content of milk protein of addition groups was higher than that of control group,but showed no significant difference( P >0.05). Thus,under the conditions of this experiment,diet supplemented with probiotics and compound acidifier have the trend of improving the performance,serum biochemical and immune index trend of lactating sows,and can improve the average daily feed intake,total lactation and the contents of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,total protein,albumin,immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin G of lactating sows. The combination of the probiotics and compound acidifier can partially improve the milk composition.
