摘  要:
目前合成丙炔氟草胺的路线较多,但收率均不高.为了提高收率,降低成本,以2,4-二氟硝基苯为起始原料,经硝化、醚化、加氢还原关环、丙炔化、苯酐酰化等5步反应合成了丙炔氟草胺,每步收率均大于90%,总收率60%以上,含量98%以上.该路线原料易得,操作方便,易于工业化生产.

摘  要:
There are many routes to synthesize flumioxazin at present, but the yield is not high. In order to improve the yield and reduce the cost, 2,4-difluoronitrobenzene was used as starting material to synthesize propargyl fluorochlor through five steps of reactions: nitration, etherification, hydrogenation, epipropynyl and phthalic anhydride acylation. The yield of each step was more than 90%, the total yield was more than 60%, and the content was more than 98%. This route could be used for industrialization because the raw materials are facile and the process is easy to conduct.
