摘  要:
为提高富营养化水体中以种子恢复苦草的效率,研究了0(CK)、50、100、150、200mg/L的吲哚乙酸(IAA)和激动素(KT)处理24h和48h后,苦草种子的萌发与幼苗的生长状况。结果表明:适当的浓度和浸种时间处理能显著促进种子的萌发、提高幼苗的株高和干重,但各处理对幼苗根冠比的影响不明显。种子的萌发对IAA和KT呈现较明显的浓度敏感性和处理时间敏感性,150mg/L的IAA浸种24h和100mg/L的KT浸种48h能明显促进苦草种子的萌发,而200mg/L的IAA处理48h,150、200mg/L的KT处理24h或48h均有明显的抑制作用。处理时间相同时,各浓度的IAA对苦草株高的促进作用显著地大于KT(P<0.05)。150mg/L的IAA处理24h和100mg/L的IAA处理48h对株高的促进作用最显著(P<0.05)。100mg/L的IAA处理24h和100mg/L的KT处理24h对干重的促进作用最显著(P<0.05)。综合各指标,150mg/L的IAA处理24h效果最好。

摘  要:
In order to accelerate restoration of Vallisneria spiralis in eutrophic water bodies by broadcast sowing,the germination rates of V.spiralis seeds and growth of the seedlings after the seeds were treated with IAA and KT were examined.The concentrations were 0,50,100,150 and 200mg/L and the soaking time was 24 hours and 48 hours.The results showed that proper combinations of concentration and soaking time could significantly accelerate germination of the seeds,increase the height and dry weight of the seedlings.However,all the treatments had no significant effect on root/shoot ratio.Seed germination was the most apparently accelerated by IAA concentration of 150mg/L for 24 hours and KT concentration of 100mg/L for 48 hours,but which was significantly inhibited by IAA concentration of 200mg/L for 48 hours and KT concentration of 200mg/L for 24 or 48hours.This indicated that germination of the seeds was susceptive to the concentration and the soaking time.IAA produced more promotion effect on seedling height than KT,and the strongest promotion effect on shoot height was observed in IAA concentrations of 150mg/L for 24 hours and 100mg/L for 48 hours.The IAA concentration of 100mg/L for 24 hours and KT concentration of 100mg/L for 24 hours were the most beneficial to accumulation of dry matters for seedlings.Based on overall consideration of all the indexes,soaking seeds in IAA concentration of 150mg/L for 24 hours would produce the most satisfying effect in application.
