摘  要：
Taking Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, and combining with the situation of demand for agricultural scientific and technological talents in implementing the strategy of "rural revitalization" in the new era, the new background of the construction of scientific research talents system in provincial agricultural academies was analyzed in the paper. New requirements for the construction of scientific research talents system in provincial agricultural academies in the new era were expounded. The objectives, tasks and guarantee measures for the construction of scientific research talents system in provincial agricultural academies in the new era were put forward. This will provide reference for promoting the construction of scientific research talent system in provincial academy of agricultural sciences.
