桑黄多糖对Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠模型的影响

摘  要:
为确定桑黄多糖对Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠模型的影响,以链脲佐菌素(STZ)建模的I型糖尿病(DM)昆明种(KM)小鼠为研究对象,探究了不同剂量桑黄多糖(低剂量20 mg/kg·BW,中剂量40 mg/kg·BW,高剂量80mg/kg·BW)对其影响。结果表明:STZ造模的KM小鼠糖尿病模型症状有所改善,具体表现为,试验第3周时,高剂量组小鼠均重达到36.17g显著高于糖尿病模型组(P<0.05),增长了17.89%,更接近空白组,据观察,饮水量亦有所下降;且高剂量组小鼠血糖值显著低于糖尿病组(P<0.05),下降了23.96%。同时,试验末期高剂量组葡萄糖耐量(OGTT)与糖尿病组相比显著改善(P<0.05),提升了31.02%;而对于脏器指数,高剂量组肝脏指数显著高于糖尿病组(P<0.05),提升了55.03%,而肾脏指数高、中、低剂量组间无显著性差异,但均显著高于糖尿病组(P<0.05)。因此,高剂量桑黄多糖提取物有助于I型糖尿病模型鼠的症状改善。

摘  要:
In order to determine the effect of Phellinus igniarius polysaccharide on type 1 diabetes mellitus(DM)mice model,P.igniarius from Poplar was obtained and P.igniarius polysaccharide was extract by water,then Kunming(KM)mice were made as type 1 DM animal model by streptozotocin at a single dose of 100 mg/kg·BW,which were used to investigate the effect of P.igniarius polysaccharide of different doses(Low dose 20 mg/kg·BW,middle dose 40 mg/kg·BW,high dose 80 mg/kg·BW).The results showed that the symptoms of type 1 DM mice had improved.Specifically,at the 3 rd week of the experiment,the mean weight of mice in high dose group was 36.17 g,significantly higher than that of the DM group(P<0.05),and increased by 17.89%,which was close to that in control group and water intake was also declined;and fast blood glucose level of high dose group was significantly lower than that of the DM group(P<0.05),and decreased by 23.96%;meanwhile the OGTT in high dose group was significantly higher than that of the DM group(P<0.05),and increased by 31.02%.As for the organ coefficient,theliver index of high dose group was significantly higher than that of the DM group(P<0.05),which increased by 55.03 %,and there was no significant difference between the three dose groups in kidney index but they were all significantly higher than the DM group(P<0.05).All the results above taken together showed that the high dose of P.igniarius polysaccharide extract contributes so much to the improvement of symptoms in type 1 DM mice.
