滇南地区3种类型柠檬园地表蚂蚁群落多样性

摘  要：
为探讨前期土地利用方式对柠檬园地表蚂蚁群落的影响,于2016年4月和7月,采用陷阱法对滇南地区3种类型柠檬园地表蚂蚁群落进行了调查。结果显示:(1)物种组成及多度:样地LD采集蚂蚁894头,29种;样地LE采集蚂蚁47头,6种;样地LF采集蚂蚁152头,11种;(2)多样性比较:3种类型柠檬园间地表蚂蚁相对多度、物种丰富度、ACE估计值均存在显著性差异,由多至少的排序为样地LD>样地LF>样地LE;(3)群落结构:样地LD和样地LF地表蚂蚁群落结构与样地LE不相似;(4)指示物种:样地LD的指示物种为罗氏棒切叶蚁(Rhoptromyrmex wroughtonii),样地LE的指示物种为裸心结蚁(Cardiocondyla nuda)。前期土地利用方式的差异对柠檬园地表蚂蚁群落多样性产生了影响。

摘  要：
In order to explore the effects of previous land use type on the ground-dwelling ant community in lemon orchards, we investigated the ground-dwelling ant community in 3 types of lemon orchards in southern Yunnan province in April and July, 2016 by using pitfall trap method. As for the species composition and relative abundance of ground-dwelling ant community, 894 ant individuals in 29 species were collected from the sample plot LD; 47 ant individuals in 6 species were collected from the sample plot LE; 152 ant individuals in 11 species were collected from the sample plot LF. There were significant differences in the relative abundance, species richness and ACE estimated value of ground-dwelling ant community among 3 types of lemon orchards, and they all were ranked as the sample plot LD> the sample plot LF> the sample plot LE. The community structures of ground-dwelling ant in the sample plot LD and in the sample plot LF were dissimilar to that in the sample plot LE. The indicator species of ground-dwelling ant community in the sample plot LD and in the sample plot LE was Rhoptromyrmex wroughtonii and Cardiocondyla nuda, respectively. Therefore, the diversity of ground-dwelling ant community in lemon orchards was affected by the land use type at earlier stage.
