采用有限元分析方法,对4100QB柴油机机体不同加筋结构进行了模态分析,分析了不同加筋结构的机体表面在各模态下的振动特性,探讨了增强机体结构强度与刚度的一般方法,为机体优化设计提供依据。

This article uses the finite element analysis method, analyzes the 4100QB diesel engine cylinder structure modality in adding different tendon, studies the vibration characteristic of its surface under various modalities, and discusses the general method of the enhancement body structure strength and stiffness. Thereout, it provides the basis for the 4100QB diesel engine cylinder structure optimization design.
