城市地价指数的编制和应用

摘 要：
随着我国城市地价动态监测体系的逐步建立,以及在市场经济为主导经济的条件下,我国的土地市场越来越趋向规范化和市场化,土地的交易也越来越频繁,交易量越来越大,使城市地价动态监测点的建立越来越趋向客观和完善,并且为城市地价指数的动态编制创造了条件。为此,利用城市地价监测点地价资料编制城市地价指数,并以泰州市主城区为例,进行了地价指数的编制。通过WebGIS技术实现城市地价指数的发布,来满足社会的需要。

摘 要：
Following with establishing municipal land price dynamic monitoring system step by step, the municipal land price dynamic monitoring points are establish ed to be more and more objective and perfect based on the land market more and more normalization and marketization, the trade of land more and more frequency, and its volume of trade larger and larger in the condition of market economy. Hence, we have calculated the urban land price index in Taizhou city by using the urban land price monitoring data, and publish the urban land price index by WebGIS technology, finally satisfy the social need.
