外源ABA对低温胁迫油棕幼苗生理的影响

摘  要:
【目的】探讨不同浓度脱落酸(ABA)对低温胁迫下油棕幼苗生理的影响,为提高油棕种苗抗寒能力及进行抗寒栽培提供理论依据。【方法】在油棕幼苗期,于10℃低温胁迫下喷施不同浓度ABA后,测定油棕幼苗叶片的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、过氧化氢(H2O2)和丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性等生理指标,分析油棕幼苗的抗寒性能。【结果】在10℃胁迫下喷施ABA,油棕幼苗叶片的可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量、质膜透性及脯氨酸、MDA和H2O2含量均显著增加(P<0.05,下同),SOD和POD活性显著下降。喷施50.0~200.0μmol/L ABA处理在降低幼苗质膜透性和SOD活性的同时,抑制了MDA和H2O2含量上升,能有效缓解低温胁迫引起的膜脂过氧化,并提高可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量和POD活性。【结论】低温胁迫下喷施ABA可提高油棕幼苗抗寒能力,以喷施200.0μmol/L ABA的抗寒效果最佳。

摘  要:
【Objective】In order to theoretical basis for improving cold resistance of oil palm seedlings and studying its cultivation techniques,the present experiment was conducted to investigate effects of different abscisic acid(ABA) concentrations on physiology of oil palm seedlings under cold stress.【Method】The oil palm seedlings were sprayed with different concentrations of ABA under cold stress of 10 ℃,and their physiological indexes were determined,including soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,proline content,hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) content and malonaldehye(MDA)content,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and peroxidase(POD) activity.Then the effect of ABA on cold resistance of oil palm seedlings were analyzed.【Result】Under cold stress of 10 ℃,the contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar,MDA,proline and H2O2 as well as membrane permeability of oil palm leaf sprayed with ABA were significantly increased(P<0.05,the same below),activities of SOD and POD were significantly decreased.After oil palm seedlings were sprayed with 50.0-200.0 μmol/L ABA,the membrane permeability and SOD activity of leaf were reduced,and the MDA and H2O2 contents were inhibited from increasing,so that the membrane lipid peroxidation caused by low temperature was relieved,and the soluble protein content,proline content and POD activity were increased.【Conclusion】Under cold stress,the cold tolerance of oil palm seedlings is improved by spraying ABA,especially spraying 200.0 μmol/L ABA with the best effect.
