2008年11月,我国<公共图书馆法>立法活动启动.2009年初,中国图书馆学会2009年新年峰会在北京召开,专题讨论、部署<公共图书馆法>立法支撑研究事宜,我国图书馆立法活动已步入快速进程阶段[1].在对国内外图书馆立法的指导思想比较及国外立法经验的归纳基础上,提出了我国图书馆立法应注意的问题及思路.
