银杏果仁辐照综合保鲜技术研究

摘 要:
以江苏省泰兴市地方品种为材料,采用钴-60辐照新技术,对不同辐照时期、辐照剂量、包装、前处理和贮藏条件等因素进行试验。结果表明,新收获银杏果仁,经一定包装后,保鲜剂量02kGy较好,种胚已充分后熟的银杏,则需采用灭菌贮藏剂量3kGy。辐照后常温贮藏,3个月保鲜效果在95%以上,辐照前处理有一定保鲜效果。

摘 要:
Local gingko species planted in Taixing, Jiangsu province was used as material . Irradiation
period, irradiation dose, package, pretrearment, preservative condition and other factors were
tested to study the optimum techniques for gingko preservation. The results showed that
optimum irradiation dose of 60Co ray for newly harvested gingko fruit is 02 kGy and for gingko
fruit with mature embryo is 30 kGy.\;
