酿酒葡萄北玫和北红在宁夏的生长状况调查

摘  要:
为了解决宁夏地区酿酒葡萄冬季埋土问题,宁夏贺兰山东麓引进种植抗寒酿酒葡萄品种北玫和北红。通过调查北玫和北红在该地区越冬抗寒能力及其抗病性,评价其在宁夏地区的适应性和酿酒特性,探究在该产区大面积推广的可行性。结果表明:在不埋土防寒情况下,北红和北玫的成活率均在90%以上,最高可达94%,但两品种具有萌芽早的特点,易遭受晚霜危害,造成减产;通过调查北玫和北红的酿酒特性认为,其酿制的单品种干红葡萄酒果香味浓郁,酸度高,适口性差,因此不宜做单品种酒,可作为调配品种少量发展,不宜大面积推广种植。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problem that the wine grape must be buried in the earth in the winter in Ningxia, the Beimei and Beihong as cold resistant grapevine cultivars have been planted in the eastern foot of Helan mountain.To explore the possibility of large-scale plant in the region, the cold resistance, disease resistance, biological adaptability and winemaking characteristics of Beimei and Beihong have been evaluated. The results showed that: under the condition of no buried soil, the survival rate of Beimei and Beihong plants were more than 90%, up to 94%, but because of the characteristics of early germination, the frost damage in the spring occured frequently, so the production was decreased; The wine that was made only by the berry of Beimei or Beihong had strong fruity aroma, high acidity and poor taste, so they were improper to make wine with single variety, however, they could be cultivated small area for blending with other grape varieties, and they were not suitable for planting large area.
