河北省桃产业发展战略选择研究

摘要：

桃产业是河北省三大水果产业之一,桃产业的发展战略研究对促进河北省农业经济的发展具有重要的现实意义。该研究通过构建SWOT矩阵,指出产业链协同发展战略、国际化发展战略、可持续发展战略、产业结构调整战略、密集式增长战略、科技创新发展战略和品牌化发展战略作为河北省桃产业发展的战略选择。在此基础上,借助结构模型解析法,通过建立邻接矩阵、可达矩阵、绘制多级递阶结构图等步骤,将七大发展战略划分为4个层次,提出实现河北省桃产业持续健康发展的战略决策。

摘要：

Peach industry was one of the three largest fruit industries in Hebei province,the choice of the peach industry development strategy would have an important practical significance to promote the development of the agricultural economy.By constructing SWOT matrix,this paper pointed out several strategies including the industrial chain strategy,the internationalization strategy,the sustainable development strategy,the industrial structure adjustment strategy,the intensive growth strategy,the technology innovation and development strategy and the brand development strategy as strategic choices for the peach industry development in Hebei province.On this basis,by means of structural model analytic method,through the establishment of adjacency matrix,accessible matrix,drawing steps,such as multistage hierarchical structure could be divided into four levels of seven development strategies,put forward sustainable healthy development of the strategic decision of peach industry in Hebei province.
