摘  要：
山西素有“农业小省,制种大省”的美称,杂交玉米制种业已成为山西特色农业亮点产业之一。通过分析影响杂交玉米制种产业发展的品种保护、特殊气候、非法套购、无序竞争和政策影响等因素,提出了加大科研创新力度、加强种子管理工作、加快企业改制步伐、探索新型生产模式、加强信息指导服务等项措施,以进一步确保山西种子产业的快速发展。

摘  要：
Shanxi has been well known as small agricultural,big seed propergation and hybrid maize has become one of the special agriculture in shanxi.By analyzing the influencing factors for industrial development which include species protection,special climate,illegally buy up and disorderly competition and the policy implications etc,increased research innovation,strengthening seed management,speeding up enterprise restructuring,exploring new production modes,and strengthening information guidance services are put forward for the further rapid development of Shanxi seed industry.
