电场强化微生物修复油污土壤条件筛选及优化

摘  要:
以分离得到的两株高效石油降解菌为试验菌种,通过对电场作用方式、电极材料及电场作用强度的筛选及正交试验研究,确定电场强化微生物修复油污土壤的最佳条件。结果表明,对于菌株W-1,当电场作用方式为平行网格式,电极材料为石墨电极,电场作用强度为150 V·m-1时,电场强化微生物修复油污效果最佳;对于菌株W-2,当电极材料为石墨,电场作用方式为平行板式,电场作用强度为200 V·m-1时,电场强化修复效果最佳。

摘  要:
In the present study,two oil degradation bacteria W-1,W-2 were isolated and used to optimize reaction conditions by single-factor and orthogonal experiments on electric field, electrode materials and electric field strength. It was shown that as for W-1,when the electric field was parallel grid,electrode material was graphite electrode,and the electric field strength was 150 V·m- 1,the oil degradation rate was the highest. As for W-2,when the electrode material was graphite,electric field was parallel-plate,and electric field strength was 200 V·m- 1,the oil degrading rate was the highest.
