有机无机肥配比对烤烟大田期生理性状及烤后烟品质的影响

摘  要：
[目的]研究不同有机肥与无机肥配比对烟叶生理性状及品质的影响,进而确定最佳的施肥方案。[方法]在每个小区选不同生长期烟株10株,测定植物学性状。总糖含量的测定采用蒽酮比色法,烟碱含量的测定采用盐酸萃取法。[结果]有机肥含有比较完全的植物营养成分,但就其在土壤中养分的释放速度来说属迟效肥料。施用适量有机肥,配合适量的速效化肥,能更好地满足烟株生育对营养的需要。[结论]在烟田施用的氮肥中以50%有机肥和50%化肥配比对烟叶的生长发育效果最好。

摘  要：
[Objective]The effect of organic and inorganic fertilizer on tobacco physiological properties and quality after baking was studied to determine the optimum fertilizer proposal. [Method]Tobacco in different growth stages in each area was selected to determine the botany characters. Total sugar content was determined with anthrone colorimetric determination,and nicotine content was determined with nicotine hydrochloride extraction. [Result]Organic fertilizer contained more complete plant nutrition,but as to its speed of release of the nutrient in the soil,belonged to the delayed available fertilizer. Defined amount of organic fertilizer with quick-acting chemical fertilizer could meet the demand of tobacco growth. [Conclusion]The growth of the tobacco with organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer of 50 of 50 was the best.
