摘 要：
艺术是一种不断创造新兴之美的文化现象,面对传统艺术思想,一方面要继承,另一方面要在现代媒介上进行新的诠释,网络作为重要的传媒形式,对传统文化的发扬影响是巨大的。通过对优秀动画网站《千总》所运用的传统艺术思想进行剖析,从审美中探索网站动画设计的创意和语境,探讨新的设计方式与传统文化,追求功能、文化、创意的高度融合,实现真正的设计创新。

摘 要：
Art is a culture phenomenon constantly creating new ness and beauty.The traditional art thought,on the one hand,needs to be inherited.One the other hand,a new interpretation on the modern media needs to be explored.Net work is an important media format;and the influence of its development on the traditional culture is huge.Through the analyses of the traditional art theory,used in the outstanding cartoon website CHISO,this text explores the originality and context of the website cartoon design from the appreciation of the beauty,discusses the mixing of the new design style and traditional culture,pursues the high combination of function,culture and creation so as to realize true design innovation.
