玻璃温室棚顶清洗装置设计与研究

摘  要:
随着现代农业的不断发展,玻璃温室大棚应用规模不断扩大,其使用年限更长,因此对棚顶适时清洗尤为必要。针对中国情况设计了一种玻璃温室棚顶清洗装置,该装置形状仿温室棚顶,用毛刷辊作为行走轮,采用喷水后毛刷刷洗的方式清洗棚顶,清洗效果较好。经正交试验分析,得到3个主要影响因素,结果表明当行走速度为2.31 m/min、盘刷转速为97 r/min、喷水量为9 L/min时,清洗效率高、效果好。

摘  要:
With the continuous development of modern agriculture,the application of glass greenhouse is expanding and its service life becomes longer.Therefore,it's necessary to clean glass greenhouses' roof timely.This article designs a kind of device to clean glass greenhouses' roof according to our country's situation.The device adopts brush roll as walking wheels.Its shape imitates glass greenhouse's roof and its operate mode is scrubbing with brushes after spraying water.After carrying an orthogonal experiment,we get the relationship between cleaning effect and three main influential factors.The results show that when the machine traveling at the speed of 2.31 m/min,brushing at the speed of 97 r/min and spraying water at the quantities of 9 L/min,it performs efficiently with a excellent cleaning function.
