人工巢穴技术在昆虫学研究中的应用

摘 要：
人工巢穴(trap-nesting)技术是野生独栖性蜜蜂、胡蜂类群的野外研究重要方法之一。人工利用钻有巢孔的木头,纸或塑料管,成捆的芦苇或竹茎的节间制成的巢穴均能很好的诱集到大量洞穴野生蜜蜂类群。该文介绍了人工巢穴技术的基本原理及其在昆虫学研究中的应用。

摘 要：
The trap-nesting technique is one of the important methods for the field survey of wild single-dwelling bees and wasps.The cavity-nesting wasps and bees could be trapped with drilled wooden blocks,paper or plastic tubes,bundles of reed internodes and bamboo stems.The paper introduced the basic principles of trap-nesting technique and its application in entomology research.
