文心兰组织培养的研究

摘  要：
以文心兰不同发育时期的花蕾为外植体,研究了影响丛芽诱导、增殖、生根壮苗的主要因素。结果表明,处于原芽期的花蕾是诱导丛芽的较好材料;适合花原芽诱导丛芽的培养基是MS+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+3％蔗糖,适合丛芽增殖成苗的培养基是MS+6-BA 2.0-4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+3％蔗糖,适合生根壮苗的培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+2％蔗糖。

摘  要：
The main factors of crowd shoot induction, propagation and rooting of Oncidium were studied by using different growth period of bud. The results showed that the primary bud is better explants than others. The different kinds and different concentration of hormones greatly affected crowd shoot induction, propagation and rooting of Oncidium. The suitable culture medium for crowd shoot induction is MS + 6-BA 4. 0 mg/L + NAA 0. 5 mg/L + 3% sucrose. The best culture medium for shoot propagation is MS + 6-BA 2.0-4. 0 mg/L + NAA 0. 5 mg/L + 3% sucrose. The proper culture medium for rooting is 1/2 MS + IBA 0. 5 mg/ L +2% sucrose.
