豆芽菜对硒的富集特点初步研究

摘  要:
以东北黄豆品种和恩施本地黄豆品种为试验材料熏采用不同硒浓度处理,研究不同黄豆品种的芽菜对硒的富集及硒对芽菜生长量的影响。结果表明:同时采收的芽菜熏随着处理硒浓度的增加熏两个品种芽菜硒含量都呈现增加趋势,且随着生长时间的延长熏在同一处理硒浓度下熏东北黄豆芽的硒含量呈现增加趋势;恩施黄豆芽的硒含量在<6mg·L-1时呈现减少趋势熏在9、12、15mg·L-1时熏芽菜中硒含量有增加趋势。并且发现熏处理硒浓度在<6mg·L-1时黄豆芽生长较好。

摘  要:
In this paper,using Dongbei soybean and Enshi soybean as raw material, the enrichment laws of selenium of different kinds of soybean sprout was studied with six Se concentration : CK,3 mg Se/L,6 mg Se/L,9 mg Se/L,12 mg Se/L,15 mg S e/L. The results showed: the soybean sprout in the same period,with selenium con centration increasing, the Se content of the soybean sprout trended to increasin g. In the same Se concentration,the Se content of Dongbei soybean sprout trended to increasing with the growth period developing. When the Se concentration was lower than 6 mg Se/L, the Se content of Enshi soybean sprout trended to decreasi ng: when the Se concentration was higher than 9 mg Se/L, the Se content trended to increasing. At the same time ,it was found that the Se concentration between 0 and 6 mg Se/L was suitable for growth of soybean sprout.
