摘要：

由于我国实施天然林保护工程大幅度调减天然林采伐量,并受制于国际市场,造纸原料供应十分紧张,严重制约着我国造纸工业的发展。解决这一问题的办法就是发展林纸一体化项目。文章采用弹性系数方法,分别对国内纸市场、纸浆市场、木材市场进行了预测分析,并表明我国发展林纸一体化项目具有广阔的市场前景。

摘要：

The deckle raw material is in short supply since the natural forest protection project was put into effect to reduce lumbering quantity of natural wood and was restrained by international market,which restricted the development of deckle industry in China greatly.the ways to solve this problem is to develop integral project of forestry and paper industry.The domestic paper market,pulp market and timber market were predicted and analyzed with flexible coefficient method,developing integral project of forestry and paper industry in China has vast market foreground.
