中国蛤蜊多糖提取物抑制蚕豆根尖细胞微核形成的研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究中国蛤蜊多糖粗提物对丝裂霉素(MMC)诱发的蚕豆根尖细胞微核的影响。[方法]设置阳性对照组(0.5μg/ml丝裂霉素),阴性对照组(自来水)和3个试验组(中国蛤蜊多糖浓度为501、001、50μg/ml),将培养的蚕豆根尖(1.5~2.0 cm长)置于上述处理液在25℃下分别浸根培养4、68、h,进行蚕豆根尖细胞微核试验。[结果]3种浓度的中国蛤蜊多糖对浓度为1.5μg/ml丝裂霉素诱发的蚕豆根尖微核率与阳性对照组均有显著差异。浓度为150、100、50μg/ml的中国蛤蜊多糖对蚕豆根尖微核的抑制率分别为25.553%、13.506%、8.089%,且随多糖浓度增加,蚕豆根尖细胞微核率降低,抑制率增加。[结论]中国蛤蜊多糖可有效抑制丝裂霉素诱导的蚕豆根尖细胞微核的产生。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to study the influence of Mactra chinensis polysaccharide extracts on the micronucleus of Vicia faba root tip cells induced by mitomycin.[Method] The positive control group(0.5 μg/ml mitomycin),negative control group(water) and 3 experimental groups(the concn.of M.chinensis polysaccharide was 50,100 and 150 μg/ml,resp.) were set up.The cultured V.faba root tip(about 1.5-2.0 cm long) was put in the above treatment solutions for culture by soaking root for 4,6 and 8 h,resp.at 25 ℃ and the micronucleus experiment of V.faba root tip cells was made.[Result] There was significant difference between the influence of 3 kinds of concentrations M.chinensis polysaccharide on the micronucleus rate of V.faba root tip induced by 1.5 μg/ml mitomycin and that of the control group.The inhibition rate of 150,100 and 50 μg/ml M.chinensis polysaccharide on the micronucleus of V.faba root tip was 25.553%,13.506% and 8.089%,resp.and the micronucleus rate of V.faba root tip was decreased and the inhibition rate was increased with the increase of the polysaccharide concn.[Conclusion] M.chinensis polysaccharide could inhibit the micronucleus formation of V.faba root tip cells induced by mitomycin effectively.
