树状高分子PAMAM的合成及其性能研究

摘 要:
本文以乙二胺为核,采用发散法通过Michael加成和酰胺化重复反应合成了一系列0.5~4.0 G代聚酰胺-胺型树状高分子PAMAM。通过红外光谱对它们的结构进行表征,用核磁共振技术证实了PAMAM 4.0 G,并测定了PAMAM水溶液紫外可见光谱和荧光光谱性质。结果显示,PAMAM树状高分子有很好的光学性能,在光学材料方面有广泛的应用前景。

摘 要:
In this paper,aseries of polyamidoamine(PAMAM) dendrimers of 0.5-4 generationwere synthesizedby di-vergent methodusing ethylenediamine as a rawmaterial by means of Mickeal addition reaction and amidation reaction.Their structure were characterized bymeans ofIR,NMR.Meanwhile their fluorescence and UV-Vis propertieswere studied.The results showed that PAMAM dendrimershave good optical property andwide prospect in the field of optical materials.
