孕酮与雌激素对犬子宫组织炎症发生的作用机制研究

摘  要:
为了研究犬子宫组织炎症的损伤情况,探讨激素对子宫炎症的影响及作用机制,试验选取临床患病犬及健康犬为动物模型,采用病理学观察、荧光定量分析、蛋白免疫印迹等方法检测犬孕酮、雌激素分泌情况及子宫组织的相关炎症指标。结果表明:孕酮会促进NF-κB及MAPKs信号通路各分子磷酸化,促进子宫组织炎症损伤及促炎因子分泌;雌激素则抑制NF-κB及MAPKs信号通路各分子磷酸化,降低相关炎症因子产生。说明犬子宫炎症发生过程中孕酮促进疾病的发生,雌激素却可以有效地保护子宫组织、降低炎症损伤。

摘  要:
In order to study the injury of uterine tissue inflammation in canine,and the effects of hormones on uterine inflammation and its mechanism. The experimental canine and healthy canine were selected as animal model. Pathological observation,fluorescent quantitative analysis and Western-blot were used to detect progesterone and estrogen secretion and related inflammation index of uterus tissue. The results showed that progesterone promoted the phosphorylation of NF-κB and MAPKs signaling pathways,enhanced inflammation of the uterus and secrecion of proinflammatory factor. Estrogen inhibited the phosphorylation of NF-κB and MAPKs signaling pathways,reduced the production of related inflammatory factors. It was concluded that progesterone promoted the occurrence of disease,estrogen effectively protected the uterus from inflammatory injury in canine uterus inflammation.
