基于Solidworks农机用发动机缸盖的有限元分析

摘  要:
基于三维软件Solid works,用有限元法对农用发动机的缸盖进行了静力分析、热分析和热力耦合分析,得到了缸盖的机械应力、热应力和综合应力的分布场,找出了农机工作中缸盖受力的关键部位和薄弱环节。同时,提出了设计时应注意的要点,为发动机缸盖的设计提供参考。

摘  要:
FEM analysis of tumbrel internal-combustion engine cylinder cover based on Solidworks is carried out. Stress field and temperature distribution of cylinder cover are gained. Key position and unsubstantial part of working cylinder cover are found and improving measures are put up, it can provide the references for designing of the engine's cylinder cover.
