一种悬浮纳米零价铁聚合物的制备与表征

摘  要:
研究制备了聚甲基丙烯酸-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚苯乙烯磺酸三嵌段(PMAA-PMMA-PSS)聚合物,该聚合物用于悬浮纳米零价铁(NZVI)。首先利用原子转移自由基聚合法(ATRP)合成聚甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚苯乙烯(Pt BMA-PMMA-PSt),然后用三氟乙酸将聚甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯水解为聚甲基丙烯酸,用乙酰基硫酸将聚苯乙烯磺化为聚苯乙烯磺酸。该制备方法在聚合物合成过程中将前人的三步反应改进为一步反应,减少了操作步骤,减少了原材料消耗,提高了反应稳定性和目标物的产率。根据凝胶渗透色谱分析,PMAA-PMMA-PSS相对分子质量可达10万左右,对纳米零价铁的悬浮效果稳定时间可达60 d以上。

摘  要:
The block copolymer of poly(methacrylic acid)-block-poly(methyl methacrylate)-block-poly(styrenesulfonic acid)(PMAA-PMMA-PSS)has been synthesized, the polymer was used in the suspension nanoscale zero valent iron.First,the block copolymer of poly(tert-butyl methacrylate)-block-poly(methyl methacrylate)-block-poly(styrene)(Pt BMA-PMMA-PSt) has been synthesized by an atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)method, then the amphiphilic block copolymer of poly(methacrylic acid)(PMAA) was obtained from poly(tert-butyl methacrylate) in TFA solution, poly(styrenesulfonic acid) was obtained from poly(styrene) in vitriol-acetyl solution. In the synthetic processof the synthetic polymer, the previous three reaction steps was improved to one step, reduced the number of reaction steps and the consumption of raw materials, improves the stability of the reaction and the yield of the target. According to gel chromatogram(GPD) analysis, the molecular weight of PMAA-PMMA-PSS up to about 100 000, suspension of nano zero valent iron(NZVI) in PMAA-PMMA-PSS settling up to 60 days or more.
