摘 要:
以海洋赤潮生物—球形棕囊藻汕头株 (Phaeocystisglobosa ,STstrain)为材料 ,研究了ClO2 对不同起始藻密度的棕囊藻的抑制和杀灭作用 .结果表明 ,ClO2 对球形棕囊藻有明显的抑制和杀灭作用 .藻密度为 2 .35× 10 9cells·L-1时 ,高于 0 .74× 10 -2 mmol·L-1的ClO2 对棕囊藻生长有一定的抑制作用 ,高于 2 .96× 10 -2 mmol·L-1的ClO2 对棕囊藻具有显著的杀灭作用 .藻密度与ClO2 浓度之间存在一定的剂量关系 .藻密度为 2 .35× 10 9、1.18× 10 9、4 .70× 10 8、1.18× 10 8cells·L-1时 ,其 96h的有效杀藻浓度分别为 2 .96×10 -2 、2 .2 2× 10 -2 、1.4 8× 10 -2 和 0 .5 9× 10 -2 mmol·L-1.藻密度越高 ,杀灭单位藻细胞所需ClO2 的浓度越低 .ClO2 作为杀藻剂在赤潮治理中具有很好的应用前景 .

摘 要:
Different densities of red tide organism,Phaeocystis globosa(ST strain) were exposed to different concentrations of chlorine dioxide.The results showed that chlorine dioxide could effectively kill and control the algae. When the algae,in the density of 2.35×10 9 cells·L -1,was exposured to ClO 2 above 0.74×10 -2 mmol·L -1,it was inhibited,and eliminated under ClO 2 concentration above 2.96×10 -2 mmol·L -1. When the density of algae was 2.35×10 9,1.18×10 9,4.70×10 8 and 1.18×10 8 cells·L -1,the concentration of chlorine dioxide which could kill the algae efficiently in 96 h was 2.96×10 -2,2.22×10 -2,1.48×10 -2 and 0.59×10 -2 mmol·L -1,respectively. Under the same rate of inhibition or elimination,the higher the density of algae was,the lower the concentration of chlorine dioxide was to effectively control the growth of algae cell,ClO 2 could be considered as a potential algaecide to control red tide.
