基于VB数控铣削仿真系统的实现

摘  要:
以VB语言为开发平台,利用计算机的高速度、大存储、较强的图形功能,开发了数控铣削仿真系统,并对其数控程序进行了图形仿真验证,检验了数控程序和加工方法的正确性。调试结果表明,该系统能采用仿真的图形检查铣削刀具路径,动态模拟数控加工的全过程,不仅避免了干涉碰撞的发生,而且能节约数控加工仿真过程中大量的财力和时间,产生较好的经济效益;该系统界面友好,使用方便,交互性好,实现了数控铣床编程与仿真加工。

摘  要:
The development platform of CNC milling simulation systems is object-oriented for the VB language,making use of high-speed computers,mass storage,strong graphics capabilities,inspecting tool paths with agraphical method,and dymamically simulating the entire process of NC,testing NC procedures and the accuracy of processing methods to avoid interfering collisions.These processes could save a lot of money,time,and make a better economic benefits.The system interface is friendly,expedienly,intercommunionly,realizing the programming and simulation of CNC milling machine processing.
