不同放牧制度下短花针茅荒漠草原根系碳储量动态

摘  要:
以内蒙古短花针茅荒漠草原自由放牧、划区轮牧和围栏禁牧样地为研究对象,分析生长季5~10月内0~10cm、10~20cm、20~30cm和0~30cm土层根系有机碳储量变化规律。结果表明:根系有机碳储量随着土层加深呈递减,0~10cm土层占到0~30cm土层根系有机碳储量62.38%~71.87%,根系有机碳储量表层聚集现象显著;各层以及0~30cm土层根系有机碳储量动态表现单峰曲线变化,8月达到峰值;0~30cm土层根系有机碳储量表现为围栏禁牧>划区轮牧>自由放牧,各样地间差异显著(P<0.05)。综合分析表明,围栏禁牧有利于短花针茅荒漠草原根系有机碳储量积累,其次为划区轮牧,最差为自由放牧。

摘  要:
The change of root organic carbon storage in 0~10cm,10~20cm,20~30cm,and 0~30cm soil layer were studied from May to October under different grazing systems,which were continuous grazing(CG),rotational grazing(RG)and non-grazing(NG)in Stipa breviflora desert steppe in Inner Mongolia.The results showed that:1)The root organic carbon storage decreased with soil depth,the root organic carbon storage in 0~10cm soil layer accounted for 62.38% to 71.87%of root organic carbon storage in 0~30cm soil layer,it had an obvious surface aggregation phenomenon.2)The change of root organic carbon storage of each soil layer and 0~30cm soil layer showed a single peak curve,reached the peak in August.3)The order of root organic carbon storage in 0~30cm soil layer was NG> RG> CG,and the difference between them were significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive analysis suggested that the order of reasonable grazing system contributed to root organic carbon accumulation was CK> RG> CG.
