我国苹果产业科学数据建设初探

摘  要:
【目的】苹果在我国栽培历史悠久,是一种高价值的农产品。随着信息时代的来临,关于我国苹果产业的科学数据大量积累,不断增长。这些数据以不同的形式分散分布在不同的空间,在使用和查找利用的过程中经常会因为缺乏整合而浪费时间成本和知识成本。因此,对这些数据进行梳理和建设十分必要。【方法】以"苹果"为关键词,选取农业专业知识服务系统(http://agri.ckcest.cn)、(苹果)科研单位、高等院校及学会协会等机构的网站资源为材料进行研究,共采集科技文献数据7 522条、年鉴数据2 313条、统计数据170条、标准275条、专利215条和网站数据84条。采取文献分析法、模型研究法和体系结构分析法来对我国苹果产业科学数据进行分析。【结果】明确了我国苹果产业科学数据资源分布分散、连续性强、类型多样及质量良莠不齐这4个特点,解析了7个不同数据来源主要产生的资源类型。基于近十年来的科技文献主题分布和数据统计结果,将苹果产业科学数据划分为生产数据、产业支撑基础数据、种质资源数据、育种数据、栽培数据、病虫害数据、采后加工数据和产业经济数据8个大类,并且基于统计和调研结果设立了产量数据、面积数据、领域专家数据等26个二级类目。该资源体系可涵盖我国苹果产业现有的科学数据,并且二级分类的树型结构可随着数据的扩充而增加和调整。【结论】苹果产业科学数据资源体系的构建,可以梳理和整合我国苹果产业分散无序的数据资源,从宏观层面上实现了科学数据的初步建设,将苹果产业庞大的信息流整合成有序的资源,便于数据的保存、查找和管理。体系的构建是以数据分析为基础,因此具有科学性和实用性。

摘  要:
[Objective]As a kind of high value production(HVP),apple has a long history of cultivation in our country.With the coming of information age,the scientific data of apple industry is accumulating and growing.Because of the wide distribution in different forms and space as well as lacking of data integration,users always waste lots of time and knowledge cost in the process of searching data.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the data resource system in apple industry.[Methods]Taking "apple" as the key word,Agricultural Knowledge Service System(http://agri.ckcest.cn),websites of(Apple) research institutes,colleges and universities,societies(or associations) are selected as the materials in the study.A total of 7 522 of science and technology literature data,2 313 of yearbook data,170 of statistical data,275 of standard data,215 of patent data,and 84 of website data are collected.Methods of literature analysis,model study and system structure analysis are adopted for data study.[Results]The analysis showed that the apple industry data resources are characterized by wide distribution,strong continuity,great diversity and uneven quality.Seven main data sources of different types were analyzed in this study as well.Based on the statistical results and subject distribution of scientific and technological literatures published in the past 10 years,scientific data of apple industry in our country could be divided into 8 categories including production data,basic data of industry support,germplasm resources data,breeding data,cultivation data,data of diseases and insect pests,data of postharvest processing,and industry economic data.26 secondary categories such as output data,plant area data,export data and so on were set up based on the results of investigation and statistics.This data resource system covers the existing scientific data related to apple industry in China and the tree structure of the two-level classification can be increased and adjusted with the expansion of data.[Conclusion]The construction of the resource system for apple industry has enabled the integration and sorting of the huge amount of disorganized data of apple industry in China,and initiated the construction of the scientific data on a macro level,providing convenience for storage,searching and management of data.This system is constructed based on data analysis,and thus is scientific and practical.
