安徽省经济增长与建设用地扩张的脱钩分析

摘  要：
为了分析安徽省经济发展与建设用地增长间的关系,通过仿照IPAT方程构建了含有建设用地和GDP的核算方程,利用2004-2013年安徽省建设用地、GDP、第二产业产值和第三产业产值的数据分析安徽省经济增长与建设用地扩张的脱钩状况。结果发现,研究期安徽省GDP增长与建设用地扩张相对同步,并且处于弱脱钩状态,但随着经济的发展,GDP的增长对建设用地的依赖有所降低;第二产业、第三产业与建设用地扩张的脱钩关系趋势相同,第三产业经济发展对建设用地依赖更大。最后提出可行性的建议,以期为安徽省制定经济可持续发展和土地可持续利用政策提供依据。

摘  要：
In order to analyze the relationship between economic development and construction land growth of Anhui province,an accounting equation of cultivated land and GDP was constructed through modeling the IPAT equation,using the 2004-2013 data of cultivated land,GDP,the second industry output value and the third industry output value to analyze the decoupling condition between economic growth and cultivated land expansion in Anhui province. The results showed that,in the period of research,the cultivated land expansion was synchronized with the GDP,in a weak decoupling state in Anhui province. With the development of economy,the growth of GDP had lowered the dependent on the cultivated land;the decoupling relationships between the second industry and cultivated land expansion kept the same trend with the tertiary industry,and economic development of the third industry relied to a greater extent on the cultivated land. Finally,the feasible suggestions were put forward to provide the basis for the economic sustainable development and land sustainable utilization policy in Anhui province.
