饥饿胁迫对瓦氏黄颡鱼幼鱼存活率、体成分及消化酶活性的影响

摘  要:
在(23±2)℃条件下,将720尾质量为(1.52±0.2)g的瓦氏黄颡鱼幼鱼放入水簇箱中,进行饥饿胁迫试验50d,研究饥饿胁迫对瓦氏黄颡鱼幼鱼的血糖浓度、存活率、形体指标、肝脏和肌肉营养成分及消化酶活力的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,饥饿胁迫50d后,瓦氏黄颡鱼幼鱼的体质量、肝脏指数、肥满度、血糖浓度分别显著下降了33.55%、8.50%、30.82%、8.89%(P<0.05);体质量损失率显著增加,存活率显著下降(P<0.05);胃和肠道中蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性显著下降(P<0.05);肌肉中粗脂肪含量在饥饿胁迫30d内显著下降了7.23%(P<0.05),30~50d下降不明显(P>0.05);粗蛋白含量在饥饿胁迫30d内下降了4.97%(P>0.05),30~50d呈急剧降低趋势(P<0.05),饥饿胁迫50d时,肌肉中粗蛋白含量显著降低了22.79%.表明在饥饿胁迫时,瓦氏黄颡鱼幼鱼通过降低消化酶活力,并率先动员肌肉中储存的脂肪,后利用肝脏和肌肉中贮存的蛋白质来维持生理需求;随着存储营养物质的消耗,体质量损失率增加,存活率下降,存活率与体质量损失率之间存在着y=-0.086x2+0.453x+97.20(R2=0.995)的二次线性负相关关系.

摘  要:
About 720 Pelteobagrus vachelli juvenile((1.52±0.2) g) were starvation stressed for 50 days at(23±2)℃ in 200 L aquarium,and the effects of starvation stress on blood glucose,survival rate,parameter of nutrient component and activity of digestive enzyme were examined.The results showed that the body weight,liver index,condition factor,and blood glucose were decreased 33.55%,8.50%,30.82%and 8.89%(P<0.05),respectively.The loss rate of body weight increased and the survival rate decreased(P<0.05);the activity of protease and amylase in stomach and gut was decreased significantly(P<0.05);the crude fat in muscle was significantly decreased 7.23%((P<0.05) in 30 d,and there was no significantly change in 30~50 d after starvation stress(P>0.05).Meanwhile,the crude protein in muscle decreased 4.97%(P>0.05) in 30 d and then decreased sharply in 30~50 d(P<0.05).After starvation stess for 50 d,the crude protein was decreased 22.79% compared to that of the control group.The results indicated that under the starvation condition,the juvenile could tolerate starvation in a certain time by dropping the activity of digestive enzyme and mobilizing the nutrition deposited in liver and muscle.As the use up of the deposited nutrition,the body weight and the survival rate decreased.There was a negative quadric linear correlation between relative loss rate of weight and survival rate,the regression equation was y=-0.049x2+0.322x+99.73(R2=0.955).
