四苯硼钾重量法测定糖蜜酒精废液中钾含量的试验研究

摘 要:
[目的]建立简便易行的糖蜜酒精废液中钾含量的测定方法。[方法]采用四苯硼钾重量法测定糖蜜酒精废液中的钾含量,考察过滤器材、水样预处理方式及甲醛对测定结果的影响,并将测定结果与火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定结果进行比较。[结果]过滤器材、水样预处理方式及甲醛对钾含量测定结果影响不大;四苯硼钾重量法的平均加样回收率为99.80%,钾含量测定结果与火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定结果无显著差异。[结论]四苯硼钾重量法操作简单、能耗低、无毒害、重现性好、准确度高,符合生产中间控制及产品检验要求,可用来测定糖蜜酒精废液中的钾含量。

摘 要:
[Objective] The aim was to establish an easy,convenient and feasible method for potassium content determination in waste liquor of rum.[Method] The potassium content in waste liquor of rum was determined by potassium tetraphenylborate weighting method and the effect of filtering equipments,pretreatment methods of water sample and formaldehyde on determination results was investigated and the determination results were compared with that of flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.[Result] The effect of filtering equipments,pretreatment methods of water sample and formaldehyde on determination results of potassium content was little.The average recovery of sample addition of potassium tetraphenylborate weighting method was 99.80% and its determination results did not have significant difference from that of flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.[Conclusion] Potassium tetraphenylborate weighting method was easy to operate,low energy consumption,non-toxic and harmless and had good reproducibility and high accuracy.It was consistent with requirement of intermedial control of production and product check-up and could be used to determine the potassium content in waste liquor of rum.
