一例白颊长臂猿膝关节脱位的治疗与护理

摘  要：
白颊长臂猿是极度濒危物种,种群数量急剧下降,保护形势日益严峻。在人工饲养中白颊长臂猿膝关节脱位致残率极高,严重影响种群的繁殖率。本文以昆明动物园饲养的1只膝关节脱位白颊长臂猿为研究对象,根据个体情况和脱位损伤程度,利用整复、固定复位措施,拟定术后监护管理方案,记录整个伤情发现、治疗、护理及治愈过程,全面评价了其治疗效果。该白颊长臂猿6个月后恢复正常,未见复发及相关并发症,经治疗痊愈后较以前更容易接近。通过案例分析能为白颊长臂猿膝关节脱位的治疗提供参考,有助于白颊长臂猿种群的保护和饲养等。

摘  要：
White-cheeked gibbon( Nomascus leucogenys) is extremely endangered, its population is declining sharply,and the protection situation becomes more and more serious. The disability rate from knee joint dislocation is very high in captivity and this affects the species breeding rate. A white-cheeked gibbon suffering knee joint dislocation in Kunming Zoo is reported in this paper. According to its individual situation and the degree of injury,we recorded its whole injury discovery,treatment,care and healing process to completely evaluate the treatment effect after using rectification,fixed reset measures and postoperative care management. The gibbon recovered without recurrence or related complications,and was more approachable after six months.This case analysis could provide a reference for the treatment of knee dislocation in white-cheeked gibbon,and the results might be helpful for protection and breeding of white-cheeked gibbons.
