呼和浩特市城市道路交通阻抗函数分析研究

摘  要:
城市交通需求预测作为城市交通规划的基础,是确定城市道路交通网络结构布局的重要依据。城市交通需求预测一般分为四个阶段进行:交通发生、交通分布、交通方式划分和交通分配。在交通分配中的一个重要问题就是如何确定路段的交通阻抗。交通阻抗是进行交通分配和路网规划的重要参数,对阻抗函数的研究,实质是确定行程时间与道路交通流、道路行驶条件的相互关系。本文采用美国联邦公路局路阻函数,根据呼和浩特市实际主干道交通特性对阻抗函数的参数进行标定,并且提出适合呼和浩特市城市主干道交通的修正函数。

摘  要:
As the basis for urban transport planning, urban transport demand forecast determines the structure of urban traffic network. Urban traffic demand forecast is usually divided into four stages: traffic occurs, traffic distribution, mode split and traffic assignment. An important issue in the traffic assignment is how to determine the road traffic impedance. Traffic impedance is the important parameters to perform traffic assignment and road network planning. Research on the impedance function, in essence, means to determine the relation between travel time and road traffic or conditions. In this study, the actual traffic characteristics of the main road in Hohhot city is used to determine the parameters of impedance function, which refers to the U. S. federal highway administration impedance function.
