基于人力资本的县域经济增长模式——以寿光市为例

摘  要：
20世纪60年代以来兴起的现代人力资本理论及科学技术的广泛运用,劳动生产物中凝聚了越来越多的智力因素等,人力资本是现代经济增长的主要驱动力是十分明显的;我国目前正进入城市化进程加速时期,加快县域经济的发展是必经之道。主要采用计量经济分析方法、动态分析方法和比较动态分析方法,选取了基于人力资本的寿光市经济增长模式这一课题来进行研究,试图发现人力资本对经济增长的贡献程度以提出更好的利用人力资本提升经济增长来加快城市化进程的对策与建议。

摘  要：
Since the 60's of 20 century, as the widespread of modern labor capital theories and sciences, the work products have been condensing more and more intelligent factors. It is very obvious that, the manpower capital is the principal power for the economic increasing. Now our country is into the acceleration period of the urbanization progress. The essential access to the period is to accelerate the countries economic. The essay introduces calculate economy analysis method, compare development analysis method and development analysis method and select The Economic Growth Pattern of Countries on the Basis of Human Capital as the topic to study. The objective is to see the level of contribution that the human capital makes to the economic increasing, in order to bring up the better strategy and suggestion, which is to speed up the urbanization progress with the labor capital.
