基于多目标决策与主成分分析的水资源承载力评价及预测——以河北省为例

摘  要:
利用主成分分析法研究了影响河北省水资源承载力的主要因素,在此基础上,利用多目标决策建立河北省水资源分析决策模型。依据河北省1991 ̄2005年的统计数据以及河北省"十一五"规划,预测2010年河北省总人口数、粮食总产量、水产品总产量、工业废水排放和国民生产总值依次为7087万人、2500万t、100万t、7.5亿t和17047亿元,为相关部门决策提供参考依据。

摘  要:
Taking Hebei province for example, the key factor affecting water resource carrying capacity was studied by principal component analysis. Then a decision model was established with multi-object decision-making method. According to the statistics data of Hebei province from 1991 to 2005 and the 11th 5-year-plan of Hebei province, the total population, the grain gross product, the aquatic product yield, the industrial waste water effluent and the gross domestic product would be 70.87 millions, 25 millions tonne, 1 million tonne, 0.75 billion tonne and 1.7047 thousand billions yuan, respectively. The result would contribute to make a decision for water resource plan.
