不同光质对马铃薯块茎糖苷生物碱积累的诱导效应

摘  要:
以2个光敏型马铃薯品种(庄薯3号和渭薯1号)和2个光不敏型马铃薯品种(大西洋和夏波蒂)为材料,研究了不同光质对马铃薯块茎糖苷生物碱(SGAs)积累的影响。结果表明:不同光质对马铃薯块茎SGAs积累的影响不同,其中红光(630 nm)的诱导效果最为明显,蓝光次之,橙光、黄光和绿光的作用不明显,紫光基本上无效;红光、白光诱导光敏型马铃薯块茎SGAs的积累量高于光不敏型马铃薯品种,而在橙光、黄光、绿光、蓝光和紫光诱导下2类马铃薯品种的块茎SGAs积累没有规律性。此外,同一光质对不同品种马铃薯块茎SGAs积累的影响不同,说明光诱导块茎SGAs的积累还与马铃薯品种的遗传组成有关。推测,红光是诱导马铃薯块茎SGAs积累的重要信号分子。

摘  要:
Two light sensitive potato varieties(Zhuangshu No.3 and Weishu No.1) and two light insensitive varieties(Altantic and Shepody) were selected as experimental materials.Steroidal glycoalkaloids contents in those potato varieties tuber treated with different light qualities were measured.Red light(630 nm) induced the most accumulation of steroidal glycoalkaloids in potato tuber,bule light took the second place.Under the treatment of orange light,yellow light,and green light,the accumulations of steroidal glycoalkaloids in potato tubers were not obvious.Purple light did not cause the accumulation of steroidal glycoalkaloids in potato tubers.Steroidal glycoalkaloids contents of light sensitive potato materials were higher than those of light insensitive ones with red light and white light.With the treatment of orange light,yellow light,green light,blue light,and purple light,the accumulations of steroidal glycoalkaloids in light sensitive and light insensitive potato varieties were not regular.The same light quality had different effects on steroidal glycoalkaloids in different varieties of potato tuber.The results suggested that the red light was important signal molecule on inducing accumulation of steroidal glycoalkaloids in potato tuber.
