摘 要:
试验旨在研究包被复合微量元素对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、粪便微量元素含量及小肠黏膜形态的影响。选取375羽1日龄黄羽肉鸡,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每重复15羽。第Ⅰ组为对照组,基础饲粮中添加常规微量元素;第Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别在基础饲粮中添加200、300、400、500 mg/kg包被复合微量元素。试验期为4周,测定肉鸡生长性能、粪便微量元素含量及小肠黏膜形态。结果表明:试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组与对照组相比,料重比差异不显著,但Ⅱ组的料重比与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),各组间的平均日增重、平均日采食量差异均不显著。Ⅱ组粪便中Fe含量较对照组有显著性降低(P<0.05),Cu、Mn、Zn含量极显著降低(P<0.01);Ⅲ组粪便中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn含量较对照组均极显著性降低(P<0.01);Ⅳ组中的Fe、Mn含量较对照组均极显著性降低(P<0.01);Ⅴ组中的Mn、Zn含量较对照组均极显著性降低(P<0.01)。Ⅳ组同对照组相比,十二指肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05),绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著性提高(P<0.05)。在黄羽肉鸡配合日粮中用包被复合微量元素代替常规微量元素可减少配合饲料中微量元素含量而不影响肉鸡生产性能,并可减少其粪便中微量元素含量,提高十二指肠的绒毛高度/隐窝深度比值,其适宜用量为300~400 mg/kg。

摘 要:
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of coating compound trace elements on growth performance,fecal trace elements contents and intestinal tract morphology in yellow broilers.375 one-day-old yellow broilers were randomly allocated to 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 15 chicks per replicate.Broilers in groupⅠ(control group)were fed basal diet with conventional trace elements.Broilers in groupⅡ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤwere fed basal diet with 200,300,400 and 500 mg/kg coating compound trace elements.The experiment lasted for 4 weeks.Then growth performance,fecal trace elements content and intestinal mucosal morphology of yellow broilers were tested.The results showed that feed-weight ratio of yellow broilers in groupⅢhad no significant difference with the control group,so as groupⅣand groupⅤ.But feed-weight ratio of yellow broilers in groupⅡincreased significantly compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).The differences of average daily gain and average daily feed intake of each group were not significant.Compared with the control group,Fe content in feces of groupⅡdecreased significantly(P<0.05),contents of Cu,Mn and Zn decreased extremely and significantly(P<0.01).Contents of Cu,Fe,Mn and Zn in feces of groupⅢdecreased significantly compared with that of groupⅠ(P<0.01).Contents of Fe and Mn in feces of groupⅣand contents of Mn and Zn of groupⅤdecreased extremely and significantly compared with that of groupⅠ(P<0.01).The duodenal crypt depth of groupⅣdecreased significantly(P<0.05)and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth significantly increased(P<0.05)compared with that of groupⅠ.Using coating compound trace elements instead of conventional trace elements can decrease the contents of trace elements in feed and didn’t affect the growth performance of yellow broilers.Besides,it can decrease fecal trace elements contents and increase the ratio of duodenal villus height to crypt depth.The appropriate additive dosage was 300-400 mg/kg.
