摘  要:
随着中国经济转型改革的深入,新的产业发展对跨专业的新型人才及复合型人才需求不断增大。但应用型本科院校在培养跨专业人才上面临新专业设置难、岗位对接效果不佳、跨专业人才培养滞后及跨专业选修课程实际效果差等制约因素。为提升跨专业应用型人才培养的实际效果,应用型本科院校应立足自身发展,依托校企合作平台,从教师授课、学生选课、课程设置等方面入手,形成校内资源共享、学生自主学习的培训机制,实现与市场实际需求的对接。

摘  要:
With the deepening of the reform of China's economic transformation, under the newcircumstance of industrial development, the demand on new talents and compound talents across theprofessional continues to increase. However, the training system in applied undergraduate colleges limited inthe factors as limitation to the new professional setting, the corresponding position difference, cross disciplinarytalent training lags behind the actual effect of the courses and invalid professional selective courses. In order toimprove the actual effect of training professional talents, Applied Undergraduate Colleges should be based ontheir own development, make the best of Cooperative enterprise, changing from the teaching, students andcourse structure. So as to form the training mechanism of resource sharing with students' independent learning,and meet the actual demand of the market in talents.
